we offer one type of shipping: Standard Shipping (5-15 business days). When you placed your order, we will provide you a tracking number, where you can check all the information regarding your order.

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is leaving the warehouse, you will receive another automatic email with shipping information. Feel free to reach out to inquire us your order status!

If you ever received a wrong/damaged item, you can request a resend/refund from us. We're confident in the quality of our product through testing on many cats and their approval.  We do not provide refund if the reason of the refund is your cat(s) doesn't like our products. Each cat has their unique personality, and it's out of our control whether or not your cat likes the product. Hope you'll understand!
